John Brimm is a native of Cairo, Ga where he attended and graduated from high school in 1997.  Immediately following graduation he entered the US Army, where he served with distinction until retirement in February of 2018. After retirement he was employed by Naval Special Warfare Group Two as an Operations Lead Planner before transitioning to Senior Military Analyst for the Joint Staff J7 in Suffolk, Virginia. John was asked to serve full-time in ministry as the Chief of Staff for The Mount Global Fellowship of Churches headquartered in Chesapeake, VA under the leadership of Bishop Kim Brown in the midst of the COVID pandemic and was ordained and appointed as a pastor, shortly thereafter, but has transitioned back to the Joint Staff J7 as the principal Senior Military Analyst with a concentration in Strategic Intelligence.

He is a gifted entrepreneur and has rapidly become a highly sought after consultant and facilitator for his ability to lead technology and faith-based causes to successful outcomes. In just under 9 years, Lighthouse Solutions has built an impressive clientele ranging from sitting Senators, established businesses, to start up entrepreneurs and most importantly ministries spreading the Gospel message! His servant’s attitude has garnered great praise and accolades.

John shares life and ministry with his wife Temeshia and they are the proud parents of one son, Demetrius and one daughter, Cyerra and one daughter-in-love, Taylor. They also have two grandchildren, Laila and Micah.  Together, they share a burden for supporting the vision of leaders and being catalysts to execute vision until fruition; Always remembering, their union is more than a marriage, it is ministry!
