Ricardo and Kimberly Frost are the Founders  of RFK Solutionz Corporation (www.RFKSolutionz.com).  RFK Solutionz is a Cyber Security Services and Training company which they established in May of 2012.  RFK Solutionz specializes in securing government contracts with local federal and government authorities.  RFK was named as Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year for Chesapeake, Virginia 2019.  RFK is known for providing cutting edge Cyber Security Training to the federal government and corporations globally.  RFK Solutionz, hosted a Cyber Security Academy for local kids from the age of 11 – 17, and has hosted adults at no charge with attaining their Cyber Security certifications.  This certification has assisted 90% of the attendees with obtaining a job in the Cyber arena.

Ricardo  retired from the U.S. Navy in August of 2011 after 20 years of honorable service as an Information Technology (Surface Warfare/Air Warfare) Chief Petty Officer.  Ricardo credits the success of his business to the years that he spent in the United States Navy.  Ricardo received his Bachelor’s Degree from DeVry in Technical Management with a concentration in Security in 2017. Ricardo’s business and technical background has afforded him and his wonderful wife the opportunity to participate in a round table discussion with Senator Tim Kane at which time he highlighted the great work the RFK Solutionz is accomplishing in the Cyber community.  Ricardo and Kimberly along with RFK Solutionz has been highlighted in the Mayors State of the City address two years in a row.  He also highlighted the value that RFK brings to the Chesapeake and Hampton Roads area.

Kimberly retired from the U.S. Navy in October of 2007 after 20 years of Honorable Service as an Information Technology (Surface Warfare/Air Warfare) Chief Petty Officer.  In addition to a rewarding Navy career Kimberly was Honored in 2018 as ACHI Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year, 2019 Trail Blazer of the Year and Honored also as a business women leading the way with a Women with the “Y” award.  In addition, she was honored as a Woman In Business by Insider Business. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral in Strategic Leadership at Regent University.  Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University in Workforce Education and Development in 2007.  She went on to earning a Double Master’s Degree with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management in Information Systems Management and Public Administration in 2012.  The “With Distinction” was awarded to Kimberly for persevering and continuing her Master’s degree works while recovering from a bout with Ovarian Cancer in 2011.

Ricardo and Kimberly have a heart to serve the community at large through numerous RFK Outreach initiatives.  Their belief is that in order to be successful you must first be a servant (Matt 23:11, Mark 10:45).   Their commitment to giving people a hand up not out shows through their efforts in educating those through marriage conferences, veteran and homeless outreach events, children mentoring events, and local community day events along with several additional community outreach opportunities.  Ricardo and his amazing wife Kimberly started an outreach ministry “Called to Action” back in 2013 which has now been registered and incorporated as a Non-profit and re-branded in 2018 as Redemption For the Kingdom (RFK) Outreach a 501c3. 

 

They have two children Raymond Love and Rayven Jackson and one son in love Jose Jackson.  The also have three amazing grandchildren Jett, Jade, and Jayden.
