Pastor Eric Neely, of Burlington NC, has been spoken of in many circles as a truly authentic God fearing man. His commitment to The Truth of the Word of God has placed him positions of influence his entire life. He displayed leadership as a star running back on his High school football team that lead to a successful college and semi pro career. Eric is transparent about his personal struggles and failures which humanizes him while also inspiring transformation in others. As a former athlete Pastor Eric communicates with passion and practicality through use of analogies that transcend age, ethnicity, and class. Pastor Eric has an approachability that allows him to be relevant and encourage all ages and walks of life. He considers it an honor to help others understand complicated situations with patience and grace.

He has lead many as a youth pastor and, currently, the senior pastor at AMP Church in Burlington. He uses his joy of teaching and relatability to preach The Good News. His heart is for everyone to not only live but thrive. He is a loving husband to Christina and father to Eric Jr. Eric moved from New Jersey to North Carolina in 1997. He has worked in the accounting career field since graduating from American International College in 2004 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. He enjoys spending time with the Lord, fellowshipping with family and friends and being a disciple of the kingdom of God. These are words/ thoughts that come to mind: compassionate, servant leader, eager to grow and learn, community oriented and challenging.
